It harnesses the full range of cortical skills in a single, uniquely powerful way.

Mind Maps are ‘Brain Friendly’ – they:

• Give you an overview of a large subject/area
• Enable you to ‘plan routes’, make choices
• Gather and hold large amounts of information
• Encourage productive day-dreaming and problem-solving by looking for creative links and pathways
• Are extremely efficient
• Are enjoyable to look at, think about, revisit and remember
• Are fun to do – with the added bonus that they involve few words and many images/symbols

NLP offers all sorts of amazing techniques that can help you in your life. One that I have used particularly successfully is the Hay Fever Technique. Whilst I can’t call it a ‘cure’ many people have reported symptom free summers after the session!

Dear Nina,

Thank you so much for curing my allergic rhinitis. I have suffered for over 20 years from a constantly running nose interspersed with full blown and debilitating allergic reactions to an ever increasing range of allergens. I ended up on medication which I had to take daily throughout the year or run the risk of permanent lung damage.

I find it quite incredible that after only two sessions, I am off all drugs and no longer suffer from allergies or asthma. What great timing – this is apparently the worst year on record for hayfever sufferers!

I now ride happily through the oilseed rape fields which surround the village and caused me such great suffering in the past and marvel at the power of the human mind.
