What is Image Streaming?
Image Streaming is a technique that facilitates access to our deep subconcious by accessing the constantly arising stream of visual images that we have.

How did Image Streaming come about?
Continued...
Einstein however, learned how to continue (or more likely never stopped) paying attention to his visual 'stream'. It is now well documented that his very famous theory of relativity, E=mc˛ , was worked after he had taken a ride on a beam of light around the universe, in his imagination.
To conduct a deep thought experiment Einstein would settle himself down and hold a stone in the palm of one hand - which would fall if he went too deeply into his own internal world and started to fall asleep!
For most of us the rigorous self-discipline needed to conduct this type of experiment would be beyond what we would want to do, so the simplicity and beauty of image streaming as devised by Win Wenger is in the marriage of the deep thought experiment (paying attention to the constantly arising visual images) with verbalising out loud - Socratising in other words.
Socrates and the Sophists used their audiences as sounding boards for hearing themselves expound their own teachings and perceptions. This is what occurs in the Image Streaming process - we describe out loud, either to a live listener or to a tape recorder, in sensory rich detail what we are seeing, what is happening, what we are feeling, what we are hearing, smelling, tasting.
So come on what are you waiting for?
